The Watermark will once again be putting on our wonderful Traditional Christmas Day Buffet Lunch from 12PM-4PM (closed for breakfast & dinner)

HOT: Roast pork with crackling, roast turkey breast, baked ham, roast potatoes, pumpkins, root vegetables & carrots, mixed greens & vegetables with gravy & condiments.

COLD: Roast chicken, leg ham, baby potato salad, coleslaw, tossed salads, caesar salad, king prawn platters, bug platters & fresh oyster platters
